• Analytics: we currently use no third-party analytics or tracking cookies.
• Agreement signatures: if you sign a Website Design & Development Agreement, we record the typed name, date/time, and IP address as proof of signature.
• Payment information: payments are processed directly by Stripe — we do not store your card details ourselves.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and provide the quotes and services you've requested.
• To improve our website based on aggregate usage patterns.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third-party services

Each is governed by its own privacy policy: Stripe (payments) and Netlify (hosting).

Data retention

We retain contact submissions, correspondence, and signed agreements for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services or as required by law.

Your rights
